TURKEY: Your order is delivered to the cargo within 3 business days and delivered to you FREE of charge with the tracking number of the contracted cargo company.

EUROPE, USA, Canada & Australia: Your order will be shipped within 3 business days. For orders of $250 or more, you will be delivered FREE of charge with the tracking code of the shipping company that delivers to your country.

RETURN & EXCHANGE

In order for the exchange and return procedure to start, within 7 days following the delivery date of the product; provided that the product is unworn & undamaged & all labels including hygiene tapes are on, an e-mail should be sent to info@monumentbody.com with your name and order number. Communication
Monument Body accepts no responsibility for products returned untimely. Expired, worn, damaged products will not be accepted due to hygiene conditions.

In exchanges and returns, the shipping cost, cargo tracking number sharing and insurance of the product belongs to the customer. Exchanges and returns are not possible for product packages that are not delivered intact.

After your product reaches us, it should be examined and the return process should be approved. After the return transactions are approved within 7-business days and you are informed, your bank is refunded. The refund amount varies for domestic* and international**.

Products that cannot be approved for return will be rejected and shipped to you. In case of return refusal, the shipping cost and other cargo-related transactions belong to the customer.

*TURKEY: Refunds to your bank are the same as the amount charged to you at the time of purchase and your payment method. Depending on the intensity of your bank, the refund will appear in your account within 2 days.

The best way to change your order is to place a new order and return the item in your possession. Since size and color stocks vary, you can contact us via Whatsapp or Mail for more information before requesting a product exchange.

**EUROPE, USA, Canada & Australia: The amount refunded to your bank is calculated by deducting the shipping fee included in the product price at the time of purchase from the amount charged. Bank refunds are made in the same way as the payment method you used to purchase the product.

There is no exchange for products purchased from abroad, you can contact us via WhatsApp or Email for exchange and after receiving information about sizes and stock, you can make a re-purchase regardless of your return process.
